FAQS

• Please note that all sales are final for both original and custom artwork.
• Custom artwork requests or any other inquires are not a contractual agreement to start a painting. We must come to an agreement before a painting is started. 
• Shipping time varies based on location of delivery. Please allow at least 1 week for delivery from purchase/ completion date. 
• Oil paintings take a longer time to dry than acrylic paint. If you request a custom oil painting, please note that the turnaround time will be at least a month (for painting to be dry to touch).
• All paintings will be created and packaged with care.
